The valve body is made through the iron mold sand casting process. Compared with the traditional process, it has uniform wall thickness, no air holes, high material density, and a more exquisite appearance.
The stainless steel valve port is cast in one piece, and it does not deform after processing. There will be no valve port leakage even after long-term use at high temperatures. Our company has obtained a national patent for this casting process.
The valve stem seal uses V-shaped rings. When heated, the seal becomes tighter and a quick-type sealing component design is adopted, making it very convenient to replace the sealing piece in special circumstances.
After the valve stem is processed, it can be treated a second time to achieve a mirror-like effect, significantly increasing the service life and sealing performance.
The sealing ring is made of PTFE material and carbon fiber is added to make it have better temperature resistance and wear resistance.
The paint surface uses a spray painting line and drying equipment, making the paint adhesion stronger, the anti-corrosion effect better, and the glossiness of the valve body significantly improved.
